How to apply
Start with clean, dry skin, free from oils, moisturiser or perfume. Apply one side at a time, lifting into the position you want before you press down. Full step-by-step videos are on our tutorials page.
How to remove
Never pull it off dry. Remove with oil or a medical tape remover: work the oil around the edge, let it soak in, and ease it away slowly. Read the full method on our safety guidelines page.
