Shipping Policy
At NOOD, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
1.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated timeline of delivery notified to you. In the event you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the Product, our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of 3 (three) attempts to deliver the purchased Product(s) to you. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products at our sole discretion and process the return of such Product to us. We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any refunds subsequent to such cancellation.
1.2 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days.

COD: Cash on delivery is not eligible for orders over INR. 8,000.
1.3 Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order has been shipped

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
1.4 Shipping Restrictions

We deliver to all locations within India. However, there may be some remote areas where delivery might take a bit longer.

Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
2.1 Return Eligibility

Return or exchange is eligible only if the products are delivered to you in a physically damaged condition, has missing items or a wrong order has been delivered

Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 5-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.

Items purchased during sale or during discounts/ offers are not eligible for returns.
2.2 Return Process

In case of damage, to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@brdggroup.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and arrange for the pick up from the same address mentioned in the shipping details.

It is imperative that your return passes the QC to become eligible for a refund or exchange.
2.3 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
2.4 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@brdggroup.com
