Shipping Policy

 

At NOOD, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy: 

 

 

Processing Time 

 

  1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
  2. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 
  3. We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated timeline of delivery notified to you. In the event you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the Product, our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of 3 (three) attempts to deliver the purchased Product(s) to you. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products at our sole discretion and process the return of such Product to us. We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any refunds subsequent to such cancellation.

     

     

    Order Tracking 

     

    1. You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order has been shipped. 
    2. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

     

     

    Shipping Restrictions 

     

    1. We deliver to all locations within India. However, there may be some remote areas where delivery might take a bit longer.
