Shipping Policy
NOOD INDIA ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. To give you the best shopping experience, we do not charge any shipping fee for your orders.
There is no minimum value order requirement on any purchase. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-4 working days once the order gets shipped from the warehouse. Please make sure to enter your complete and correct address and phone number (Building name, flat no, area/sector, City, Pin code, state, and nearest landmark) to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on hello@lovenood.in
In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3-4 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3-4 business days of us receiving the products back.
- For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 3-4 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email.
Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
