Blue Dot BRDG India Pvt Ltd will accept returns, cancellations, and exchanges for the item(s) which has been sold by NOOD INDIA within 10 days after delivery.
Please note that the product can only be returned in its original packaging and unopened. Due to this being a hygiene product, we cannot accept returns if the seal is broken and the product is opened. Returns that do not satisfy these requirements will not qualify for a refund or an exchange, they will be discarded and will not be sent back to the sender. If it satisfies the quality check the refund will be initiated in 3-4 business days.

Refund Policy
How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse and If it satisfies the quality check the refund will be initiated in 3-4 business days.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3-4 business days of us receiving the products back.
- For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 3-4 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details in your email.
Our absolute ambition is to have products in stock at all times, this is of utmost importance when it comes to replacement filters. We want nothing else but to be able to offer the best service to our existing customers and we appreciate that having enough replacement filters is crucial. However, due to relying on external partners for production, and especially the sourcing of raw materials for manufacturing filters, there is a risk that we won't be able to offer replacement filters at all times. Therefore we want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee supply, even to existing customers, and by purchasing our products, you are aware of this information.
