How to apply
Start with clean, dry skin, free from oils, moisturiser or perfume. Apply one side at a time, lifting into the position you want before you press down. Full step-by-step videos are on our tutorials page.
How to remove
Peel slowly from the edge in warm water or with a little oil. Rinse with warm water, air dry, back in the case. Read the full method on our safety guidelines page.
